  1. When the opponent's are out of trump and the ready
  2. cash in the combined hands is sufficient to make
  3. my contract, my greatest concern is maintaining
  4. communication between the two hands.

  6. This is one good reason why I try to conserve my
  7. trumps.

  9. Note:  Even when the ready cash is more than
  10. sufficient, I occassionally find it possible to
  11. ruff for an overtrick, or even cross ruff, but
  12. I do this with great caution.  My primary
  13. objective is to make my contract.
